President, entrepreneur, mechanical engineer, machine tool and die specialist, husband, and father of 3 young adults, is known to wear many hats during the day here at Lesher. Frank loved school, earning two degrees: Machine tool technology degree from Penn College and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Penn State. After a career in engineering, he and his brothers started the business in 1994. Frank is now sole owner of Lesher Inc. Being a hands on owner, sometimes you’ll find Frank overseeing our workers on the jobsite, checking our work before it leaves the shop, or designing the extraordinary custom work.

Frank explores all possibilities for perfection in our handcrafted profession. Our trade secrets in fabrication and installation developed with his years of experience in the stone and tile industry. When he’s not working, he’s exercising at the gym or working on his own home projects. He loves camping, traveling, and hiking, along with his new found passion, the making of ceramics. He is attending classes here and abroad where he will try and “master the art” in Italy.

Outside sales, advertising, wife, mother of 2, Cindy began part-time outside sales as a
consultant with Lesher in 2011. With a bachelor degree in Business Administration
concentrating in marketing and management, Cindy spent 15 years prior in outside sales
and advertising at several radio stations that were part of the Citadel Group.

After spending a few years on a family adventure in the Caribbean, she is back to work part-
time. Meeting with our business partners, organizing events, writing our Stone Savvy blog
posts, organizing photo shoots, advertising, and integrating communications, Cindy is
passionate about sales and marketing. When out and about she loves to travel, camp,
exercise, create jewelry and cook homemade dinners with her family.

Business manager, husband, father of an adorable toddler, and our showroom dog owner, Todd has been an integral part of this company since 2005. Earning a degree in Business Management, Todd is the glue that keeps us together and running smoothly. From price shopping, inventory management, office supplies, paying bills, collecting money, negotiating with our vendors or answering phones, Todd has learned to wear several hats during the busy business day at Lesher. In Todd’s spare time he enjoys golfing, selling items on ebay, and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Our production manager, former installer and polisher, father of 2, and grandfather of 1, Jim has been with us since 2000. He worked his way up through the fabrication shop doing mostly installs and some polishing for over 9 years.

With well over 1200 installations of countertops and over 600 sinks mounted, Jim is managing the crew and job flow in our fabrication facility. Digitizing, cutting, polishing, and installing are all the major tasks Jim oversees. When he’s at home relaxing for the day he enjoys drawing and spending time with his family.

Sales and project manager here during the day and a professional ceramic sculptor in her leisure time, Rachelle offers a dynamic background with an artful eye. She has been in the countertop industry for several years and in the arts as she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She offers our customers a trained eye for style when it comes to putting together kitchen elements from a traditional to contemporary style. Rachelle loves nature, antiques, cooking, and cycling. She is a poet and a lover of Baroque, Classical, and Renaissance music. Her art studio is at The Millworks in Harrisburg, PA.

Now a sales and project manager here at Lesher, Scott literally grew up in the stone business.   Scott began his career in the stone industry at a young age of 16. He learned the art of laying tile with precision and installing countertops to perfection while spending his summers during high school working at the former Interstate Tile and Harrisburg Marble “sister” companies.  Upon high school graduation, he continued with those companies until 2006.  We hired Scott for his tenuous experience, reputation, and knowledge as a tile craftsman and countertop installer. During 2014, he trained his install replacement and in 2015 was promoted due to his interest in assisting our customers, cabinet makers, designers, architects and builders as a project manager. Scott enjoys his new position offering our customers and business partners “stone savvy” insight for their unique projects. In Scott's free time he enjoys jogging, biking, hunting, and riding motor cycle.

Born in September of 2008, Finnegan Day has been our showroom mascot greeting every customer with a friendly wag of his tail. You’ll sometimes find Finnegan galloping through the showroom searching for his owner, Todd Day.

Most of the time you’ll find Finnegan mopping the floors with his tail in Todd’s office. He adores all of the delivery people who offer him big doggy treats. His favorite toy is the rooster that makes the “rooster call” sound. Not a fan of animals? That’s okay. We can contain him in Todd’s office while you visit.
